Ethylene Absorbers - TYPHOON

The chemical ethylene absorber TYPHOON can dramatically reduce harmful amounts of ethylene gas when placed in a room, by forcing air through a bed of a granular potassium permanganate-based product called PURETHYL, which oxidises the ethylene molecules (C2H4) changing them into ineffective water vapour and carbon dioxide.

Typhoon is used in the storage of those fruit and vegetable productswhich are highly sensitive to ethylene.

Advantages of the system: reduced investment and operation costs, it does not charge the thermal and hygrometric values of the ait.

TYPHOON is available in the 500 and 750 version.
